We offer the design finalization, right down to the approval of materials and finishes, in collaboration with our customers to ensure your packaging meets your exact specification.
We finalize your design according to your specification and feedback. It will also confirm all the visual elements, such as color, placement of the logo, and layout, which must be appropriate to your brand's identity.
Next comes the material sample. It allows you to have an idea about the feel and texture, weight, and quality so that you are comfortable with the kind of material to be used.
Once the design and material are approved, an actual proof is created. This is an actual sample of your packaging through which you can review what the final product will look and feel like to make sure everything is just right.
Upon receipt of the physical proof, you go over it for any changes to be made. Once satisfied with the sample, you give your final approval, and we go into mass production.
It depends on the complexity of the project, but in general, proofing can take 5-10 business days depending on what kind of proof you request. We use a rush/ expedited work to make certain that your turnarounds go right according to the schedules.
When proofing, pay attention to design elements, color accuracy, material texture and the overall make of the piece. Ensure the product fits in or onto the package as it should and the quality of the print is to your satisfaction. Check that any special finishes, such as embossing, foil stamping, or spot UV were done as stated.
If proof is not correctly representing what has been approved, please notify us immediately. We will make the necessary adjustments to design or printing that is required and will re-sample. Your satisfaction is important to us.
